Stew meat with veggies

Ingredients
8 oz. Stew Meat1 Leek - sliced1 cup Brussel Sprouts - quartered1 cup Cauliflower - broken into flowerettes1/2 cup seasoned flour3 T Olive Oil
Directions
Dust stew meat in seasoned flour. In skillet on higher heat, add olive oil and brown meat pieces on all sides. When browned (2 - 3 minutes) add vegetables, salt & pepper to taste. Turn down heat to low-medium and cover. Every so often turn over veggies and meat. Let simmer for 45 - 50 minutes.
