Italian Angel Chicken Pasta

4 Skinless, boneless chicken breasts1/8 Cup Butter1 (.7 ounce) Package Dry Italian-style salad dressing mix1/2 Cup Chicken broth1 (10.75 ounce) Can Condensed cream of chicken soup - 98% fat free4 Ounces Low fat cream cheese with chives12 Ounces Angel hair pasta, cooked & drained
1. Boil chicken for 20 minutes in a pot of water. Remove chicken from water, set aside. Pour out water.
2. Melt butter in a sauce pot over low heat. Stir in the package of dressing mix. Blend in chicken broth and cream of chicken soup. Mix in cream cheese, and stir until smooth. Heat through, but do not boil.
3. Cut chicken into bite sized pieces. Add to drained pasta. Pour sauce onto pasta & chicken. Mix well.
Serving Size: 8 servings
