Stir-fried beef on greens

Ingredients
Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, chopped beef, shredded, 16 oz ground black pepper, 1 tsp Salt, 1 dash Olive Oil, 2 tbsp mixed herbs, 1 tsp Romaine Lettuce (salad), 2 cup, shredded Spinach, fresh, 1 cupwhite vinegar, 1 tbsp
Directions
wash spinach and lettuce
sprinkle with vinegar and toss to mix thoroughly
set aside in a strainer to drain excess water
peel, wash and slice onions into medium rings
heat oil in a thick bottomed pan or skillet
add beef, black pepper, mixed herbs and dash of salt to oil
stir fry till beef is halfway done
add ring onions and chopped bell peppers
stir fry till beef is fully done.
serve leafy vegetables with beef on top
