Old Fashioned Apple & Raisin Bread Pudding

Ingredients
2 - 3 loafs of stale French bread (apx. 19.5 ozs) - torn into bite size pieces2 1/2 cups Whole Milk1 cup unsalted Butter, melted2 cups Granulated White Sugar2 large Eggs1 can (14 oz) Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk2 Tablespoons Run (or 1 T. Rum Flavoring)2 Tablespoons Vanilla Extract1 teaspoon Ground Nutmeg1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon1 cup Golden Raisins - packed1 Medium Fuji Apple - peeled, cored, chopped
Directions
PREHEAT oven to 350 degrees.

Combine bread with the whole milk in a large bowl. Let stand while you prepare remainder of recipe.

Melt butter and pour a little into bottom of a 13 x 9 x 2 baking dish, coating bottom. Set pan aside. Beat remainder of butter and sugar in large bowl. Add eggs, condensed milk, rum, vanilla, nutmeg and cinnamon. Stir until well combined.

Add fruit to soaked bread. Add pudding/wet mixture to bread mixture and stir until well combined and bread is completely coated. Pack into prepared dish.

Bake for 1 hour. Cover pan with foil and continue baking until all liquid in absorbed (5 - 15 minutes). Serve warm. Refrigerate leftovers.
