• White Tea, brewed with in 8 cups of water[For the Uncle Lee's Legend's of China brand I used 10 tea bags.(They were very small)]• Honey (1 cup)• 8 Cups of cold or tepid water• *1 Gallon Tea Pitcher
• Boil 8 cups of water in a pot or tea kettle.
• Once you have reached a rolling boil, add your tea bags and turn off the heat. Steep for 10min.
• Pour into pitcher, add 1 Cup of honey
• Stir until the honey is saturated through the tea.
• Add the remaining 8 cups of water.
• Let cool and serve over ice.
Serving Size: Makes sixten 8oz servings.
