Deep Fried Vegetarian Vegetable Fritters Recipe

Ingredients
Flour, 3/4 cupegg (optional), 1pccarrot, 1 small, gratedfrench beans, 5 pcs, chopped finelyspinach, 3 stalks, chopped finelyonions, 1 pc, chopped finelysalt to tastewater
Directions
put all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and slowly add water while stirring the mixture to make a batter consistency. Add more flour if necessary. Heat oil for deep frying. Use a tablespoon to scoop some of the batter and deep fry in the hot oil until golden brown. Serve while hot! Great with chilli sauce.
