Non-Stick Spray3 Tbs Egg Substitute1- 100 Calorie English Muffin1 slice of turkey bacon1 slice of 2% sandwich cheese*OptionalMason Jar Lid
1.Spray pan with non-stick spray
2.**Cook egg substitute being careful not to scramble (see Tips) on one side of the pan and your piece of bacon on the other side being careful that they do not touch. It will ruin the round form you are trying to maintain with your eggs. Cook eggs 2 min and bacon 4 min on each side.
3. Prepare your muffin ( microwave or toast)
4. Assemble and eat.
