Baked Meatballs Low Carb

Ingredients
Ground beef, lean, 16 oz *Italian Sausage, pork, 1# casings removedEgg, fresh, 2 large Parmesan Cheese, grated, 1/2 cup *onion, minced, dehydrated, 2 t.Garlic powder, 1/2 tsp Salt, 1/2tsp Pepper, black, 1/4 tsp
Directions
Preheat over to 375.

Combine all ingredients in large mixing bowl and mix well with hands until mixture is no longer slimy from the egg and holds together well. Spray large cookie sheet with sides with non-stick spray. Form into small balls and arrange on a large baking sheet.

Bake at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Let cool. Rinse if excess egg and cheese escaped during baking process. Add to your favorite spaghetti sauce. May also be frozen.

Serving Size: Makes 36 meatballs. 6 meatballs per serving= 6 servings
