Fettuccine Alfredo with Broccoli

Ingredients
8oz- Tofu Shirataki1 Wedge- Laughing Cow Light Garlic & Herb1 Tbsp-Parmesan Cheese, grated1 tsp- Breakstone Fat Free Sour Cream1 cup- Broccoli, cooked and chopped
Directions
Rinse fettuccine noodles VERY well. Microwave them for one minute, then drain them and pat dry. Add cheeses, sour cream, and broccoli. Mix thoroughly. Microwave to help melt cheese further, and mix some more. Add salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy. Serves 1.

    Im eating this as I write this and boy lemme say, this is amazing! I added a tad more parm so that the broccoli was cheesier. Some salt and pepper really make this wonderful. Quick and easy dinner for me when the family wants junk. - 2/1/11
