Watermelon Tomato Gazpacho

Ingredients
�3 cups watermelon, seeded and pureed in blender �1 cup of seeded watermelon, diced small �1 cup of seeded tomato, diced small �1 cup peeled, seeded cucumber, diced small �1/2 cup red or green bell pepper, diced small �2 tablespoons lime juice �1 small handful cilantro leaves �1 teaspoon minced ginger �1/2 small jalape�o seeded and minced (I put it in the blender with the watermelon)
Directions
1. In a large bowl, combine the watermelon puree with the rest of the ingredients.
2. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Refrigerate to chill before serving
