Ingredients
4 oz Orange Juice 4 to 6 oz water1 tbsp coconut oil6 oz fat free plain Greek Yogurt 1 cup frozen black berries1 scoop protein powder (may be 2 scoops depends on protein)
Directions
combine orange juice, yogurt, coconut oil, and frozen berries. Blend, then add protein powder and 4 to 6 oz water. Blend until smooth, and enjoy!
