Pork & Beans Cake Bars

Ingredients
1 16 oz can Pork & Beans, crushed well (I put in blender and puree)1 8oz can crushed Pineapple with juice2 c sugar2 c flour2 tsp soda2 tsp cinnamon1 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp salt4 eggs (I used 1 cup Egg Beaters)1 c oil3/4 c nuts (optional...I do not use and not calculated in recipe)Frosting:1 8oz cream cheese1 stick margarine5 c powdered sugar
Directions
Mash beans well, add pineapple and juice, mix. Add remaining ingredients. Spray Jelly roll pan (10x15 in). Bake 25-30 min at 350 degree oven.

Mix all ingredients for frosting.
Spread on cooled bars, sprinkle with nuts(optional)

Serving Size: makes about 80 1x1" bars approx.
