Ingredients
6 chicken thighs, boneless and skinless1 can mushroom soup condensedsliced bell pepper, red, yellow, orange1/2 sliced onion3 garlic cloves1/4 cup canola oilpepper and salt to taste (0ptional)
Directions
In a large pan, heat oil. Add chicken thighs to brown. Add onions, garlic and cook until soft. Add soup and cover for 45 minutes on simmer. Add peppers the last 15 minutes of cooking. Stir occasionally to avoid sticking to pan
