Eggless Carrot-Raisin Muffins

Ingredients
Raisins, 1.5 cup, packed Whole Wheat White Pastry Flour, 1.5 cup Oats, 1 cup Flour, white, .5 cup Baking Powder, 6 tsp Baking Soda, 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground, 1 tbsp Nutmeg, ground, .25 tsp Stevia Extract in the Raw, 12 serving Granulated Sugar, .25 cup Salt, 1 tsp Coconut Milk, 2 cup Applesauce, unsweetened, .5 cupFlaxseed, 2 tbsp Sunflower Seeds, with salt added, .25 cup Honey, 3 tbsp Molasses, blackstrap, 1 tbsp Vanilla Extract, 2 tsp Carrots, raw, 2 cup, grated
Directions
Mix all dry ingredients together. Add all wet ingredients. Fold in carrots and raisins.
Spray muffin pan. Put in muffin tins about 3/4 way full. Bake at 400 degrees for 15-20. Cool, and eat! :)
