Ingredients
Directions
1 large [29 oz] can pure pumpkin (NOT pumpkin pie filling)2 boxes of cake mix (I typically use 1 basic, like white or yellow, and 1 gingerbread cookie or spice cake mix)1 bag chocolate chips
preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
mix all ingredients together well in a bowl.
spoon 12-15 balls onto cookie sheet. *they don't spread much, so they can be pretty close together
or dollop in muffin tin, lightly greased.
cook for 12-18 minutes, or until a fork/toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean
Serving Size: yields 5 dozen (smallish) cookies
Number of Servings: 60
