Ingredients
Directions
1/2 cup old fashioned oats2/3 cup whole milk1 TBS Sunflower seed butter (or peanut/any other nut butter, if your toddler isn't allergic)2 TBS flax seed (ground)
Soak oats in the fridge overnight in milk, add a dollop of yogurt [calorie amount not included in the calories). (Helps make the grains more digestible.) In the morning, add the oatmeal to a pan. Add flax seed, and use the Tablespoon you got the sunflower seed/peanut butter on to mix it with. Continue to mix until the "butter" is well integrated. It doesn't need to boil, or get too hot. Make sure to check the temperature before serving to the baby.
