Gluten Free Chocolate Zucchini Muffins

1 1/2 cups zucchini, washed and finely grated1 cup Quinoa flour1/2 cup cocoa powder1 tsp. baking soda1/4 tsp. baking powder1/4 tsp. salt1/2 tsp. cinnamon1/2 cup applesauce1/2 cup sugar1/2 cup light brown sugar, packed2 eggs1 tsp. vanilla extract1/2 cup chocolate chips
Combine Quinoa flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon. In a separate bowl, combine the zucchini, applesauce, sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Combine the two bowls. Add chocolate chips and pour into lined muffin tins. Bake at 350 until a toothpick comes out clean, between 15-25 minutes.
