Baked haddock

Ingredients
3/4 c bread crumbs1/4 c parmesean cheese, grated3/4 c skim milk2 tsp salt1 tsp pepper2 haddock fillets
Directions
Combine milk and salt in shallow bowl. In another shallow bowl combine bread crumbs, parmesean cheese and pepper. Dip half the fillet in the milk mixture and then into the crumb mixture and place into well greased cooking pan.
