Green Curry Chicken

Ingredients
1 1/2 lb boneless chicken breasts, sliced thin1 can light coconut milk1/3 cup fat free chicken broth2 tbsp green curry paste2 tsp brown sugar1 cup sliced zucchini1 red pepper, sliced10 baby carrots, halved1 onion, sliced in strips5 fresh basil leaves, chopped1/2 cup uncooked jasmine rice
Directions
Cook chicken in milk, broth, curry, and sugar. Add vegetables and cook until soft. Serve over steamed rice.
