Banana Bread

Ingredients
3-5 Banana's, Mashed (preferably the ones that are mushy).1/3 cup Oil, chefs choice.1 Cake mix, any kind will do.2/3 cup Milk, any kind except powdered.
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350.

Grease and flour a loaf pan.

Mix the cake mix, oil and milk in a mixing bowl on low speed for 2 minutes.

Mash the Bananas up and then add to the mixture.

Turn it up to a medium speed for 1 minute.

Place in the loaf pans and bake for 45 minutes.

Serving Size: Makes 1 Loaf Pan of 1 inch pieces
