Homemade Tzatziki Sauce

Ingredients
500 g Greek Yogurt, 0% fat3 cloves of garlic, minced finelyjuice from 1/2 a lemon1 Tbsp dried dill1/3 cup grated cucumber, drained
Directions
Grate about 1/3 cup of cucumber into a fine mesh sieve and allow the majority of the liquid to drip through. After draining, mix all the ingredients together in a bowl until thoroughly combined. For best results allow to sit in the fridge for several hours or overnight, to let the flavours come together.
