Ingredients
7 flounder fillets3 egg whites1 cup of Italian bread crumbs
Directions
coat each filet with egg whites and then dip in bread crumbs
lay on uncoated cookie sheet (no oil)
bake for 10 minutes at 450
(also makes great fish sticks-can use any kind of fish you prefer)
makes 5-7 servings
