Shredded Fiesta Chicken Thighs

Ingredients
1.5 lbs chicken thighs, boneless, skinless1 c salsa1 T cumin1 T chili powder1 T minced garlic
Directions
Put everything in the slow cooker for 4 to 6 hours on low, or in a dutch oven on the stove on low for 2 hours.

Once chicken reaches an internal temp of 165 degrees, remove from heat and shred chicken.

Return chicken to pot and sauce. Toss to coat.

Serving Size: Makes approximately 7, 1/2 cup servings.
