Vegetarian Cheese Potato and Onion Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients
Boca Breakfast Links, 6Potato, 3 large sliced thinlyOnions, 2 cups sliced thinlyKraft Shredded Sharp Cheddar, 2-3 cupPoultry Seasoning, 2 tbspEggs, 6-8Fat Free Half & Half, 2-3 cups
Directions
Cut up Boca breakfast links, potato & onions. Mix together and place in your Oneida baking dish (or similar)
Sprinkle a layer of cheese then pour whipped eggs and half & half over everything. Sprinkle the rest of the cheese and some poultry seasoning.
Place in preheated oven at 400 for 20 to 30 minutes until it sets (Similar to a Frittata).
Serve nice and warm.
