Von's Raw Kale Salad

Ingredients
1 bag (10oz) chopped Lacinato Kale1/2 cup diced red onion 1/2 cup diced green pepper1/2 cup diced tomatoes1 medium granny smith apple1 lemon (juice)
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Massage the salad for about 5 minutes. Refrigerate to let settle.
