Quick and Easy Pasta Primavera

Ingredients
1 Red Bell Pepper, Chopped1 Green Zucchini, quartered1 Yellow Zucchini, quartered1/2 C. chopped purple onionOlive Oil2 Garlic Cloves, choppedWhole Wheat Pasta (Bow Tie)Parmesean Cheese (a pinch) for garnish
Directions
Makes 4-1 Cup servings
Heat olive oil in a pan. Put in garlic, onion and bell pepper first. After about 5 minutes add the zucchinis.
While preparing the vegetables cook pasta according to package.
When veggies are tender and the noodles are done you are ready to eat!
Use 1 C. of Noodles to 1/5 of veggies.
Top with a sprinkle of parmesean
