Zesty Lemon Green Beans

Ingredients
2 cups green beans, trimmed and cut1 tsp minced garlic1 tsp lemon zest1 Tbsp lemon juice1/8 tsp salt1/8 tsp black pepper
Directions
Heat skillet on medium high heat and coat with olive oil cooking spray. Add beans and saute, stirring frequently, until just tender, about 10 minutes.

Reduce heat to low, add garlic and saute for 30 seconds. Add lemon juice and saute until most of the liquid evaporates. Stir in zest, salt and pepper.
