6 large red peppers2TBS Wishbone Italian Dressing
Wash red peppers and take the stems and seeds out. Place slices of red pepper on a sheet of tin foil in the broiler. Broil until completly blackened. Some people like to place the blackened peppers in a plastic bag or container to let them steam. You can peel them after they cool a little. When the burnt skin has been removed place in a container and sprinkle with 2 TBS of dressing. ( I like Wishbone Italian or Robusto Italian by Wishbone) Place in the refrigerator and allow to marinate from one hour to several days.
