Apple Ginger Salad

Ingredients
3 apples (chopped) 8 ozs water chestnut (drained and finely chopped) 2 celery ribs (finely chopped) 1/2 cup dried cranberries3 tbsps crystallized ginger (finely chopped) 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt 1/4 cup low-fat mayonnaise2 tbsps sugar3/8 tsp ground ginger1/8 tsp salt (taste) 1/4 cup chopped pecans (toasted)
Directions
1. Chop celery, apples, water chestnuts, and crystallized ginger, if necessary.

2. In a big bowl, combine the first 5 ingredients.

3. Combine the yogurt, mayo, sugar, ginger, and salt together; pour over apple mixture and toss to coat.

4. Chill until serving; just before serving, sprinkle with pecans.
