Red Hot Spicy Chicken and Onions & Brown Rice

Ingredients
1 Skinless Chicken Breast1 TSB Crushed Red Pepper1/2 Cup of Brown Rice
Directions
I use my indoor grill, but any oven or grill will do. Place chicken on the grill, sprinkle with 1 Tablespoon of Crushed Red Pepper Flakes, and 5 slices of onions.

Cook Brown rice according to package instructions. (Usually about 10 minutes)

On a plate place 1/2 Cup of Brown Rice, and the Hot Grilled Chicken and Onions.
