1 medium zuchini2 tbls pico de gallo2 tbls italian bread crums1 tbls olive oilGarlic SaltOnion Salt1 tbls grated parmesan cheese
Cut zuchini in half and spoon out to make a boat. Mix olive oil, italian bread crumbs and pico de gallo (season to taste). Spoon mixture into shells. Spray aluminum foil with olive oil, sprinkle with garlic sauce. Place stuff shells on baking sheet and bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
