Roasted Brussell Sprouts

Ingredients
3 cups Brussell Sprouts, fresh - I use about 3 cups for 2 peopleabout 2 tbsp Saltabout 2 tbsp Pepper, black, I use fresh gound
Directions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F
Wash sprouts, cut off end and remove outer leaves.
Cut the spouts in half
Toss in Olive oil and put on a baking sheet, large enough so they are not touching each other
Sprinkle with salt and pepper as desired ( you can add red pepper flakes for a little spice)
Bake for 4-5 min and stir or turn them over and cook again until hot and a little crispy on the edges about 5 min more.
