Pork butt, 2 lbs, cooked in pressure cooker per cooker inst! With 1/3 c. Of the hoisin sauce & the ginger1c. Hoisin sauce1 T. Ginger root, minced6 c. Napa cabbage! Shredded1.5 c. Shredded carrots1/4 c. Chopped scallions3 T. Rice wine vinegar, or cider vinegar3 1/2 T. Splenda
Directions
Shred cooked pork, return to cooker
Add remaining ingredients that have been mixed together
Heat until warm thru
