One Package ground turkey meat1 can diced tomatoes1/2 bag frozen mixed vegetables1 can Campbell's Healthy Requests Cream of Chicken Soup1 4 oz can mushrooms1/8 c dry chopped onion1 can 98% fat free reduced sodium chicken broth1/4 dry Jasmine rice
Crumble turkey into large skillet. Add onion and cook thoroughly. While turkey is cooking, cook rice according to directions substituting broth for the water. Add the remaining ingredients to turkey. Heat thoroughly. When rice is done, add to turkey mixture. Serve.
