Zucchini Lasagna

Ingredients
4 cups zucchini sliced length wise...about 4 medium1 jar of Spaghetti/Marinara Sauce (2 cups)1 15 oz canned tomatoes drained8 oz Mozzarella cheese, part skim shredded1/2 cup grated Parmesan Cheese12 - 16 ounces Lean Ground Beef, browned and drained1 medium onion chopped
Directions
slice zucchini into long strips
brown meat and drain, add onions chopped
add tomato sauce and canned tomatoes and cook with meat
layer sauce, zucchini, and cheese...repeat into a 9 x 13 pan. Bake till zucchini is tender and cheese is melted
