Rice on the wild side

Ingredients
1 16oz package Lundberg wild blend rice1 49oz can (6 cups) swansons low fat chicken broth
Directions
put the rice and the broth in a dutch oven on top of the stove, cook on medium heat, simmering until rice absorbs almost all of the broth. Turn the heat off an let set for 30 minutes. The rice will continue to absorb the broth.
