Ingredients
Honey, .35 tbsp (remove)*Fred Meyer Carbmaster yogurt, 3.5 oz (remove)Egg, fresh, 1 large (remove)Ocean Spray, Craisins Original Sweetened Dried Cranberries 1/3 cup (30g), .2 serving (remove)Applesauce, unsweetened, .35 cup (remove)*Imitation Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp (remove)*Cereal - Frosted Mini Spooners (Malt-O-Meal), 0.7 cup (remove)1/3 c brown sugar twin1oz sf flavor syrupcloves, cinnamon, nutmeg to taste about 1/4 tsp each1/4 tsp soda, bak powder and salt
Directions
Mix dry ingredients and wet ingreds fold together and bake in a loaf pan or smaller cake pan for ~20-25 min or until a toothpick comes out clean
