Jessie's Roast Beef Roll-Up

Chopped Iceberg Lettuce -- 1/4 cupFlat Out Flat Bread (Light Original) -- 1/2 of a pieceParemsan Cheese, Shredded -- 1 tspButter (unsalted) -- 2 tspRoast Beef (I use chopped pieces) -- 1 oz
Take the flat bread (I use this brand because it is low in calories, sugar, and carbs but tastes AMAZING!!) and cut it in half long ways. Spread the butter on the 1/2 piece of flat bread. Next take the quarter cup of lettuce and spread it over the bread, then you can spread the roast beef over the lettuce. Last all you need to do is sprinkle on the parmesan cheese.
Once all this is added feel free to roll up the bread. After this I tend to wrap the roll-up in wax paper and put it in the fridge for lunch the next day.
Serving Size: Makes 1 roll-up. However with the extra 1/2 of the flat bread you can make a second roll-up.
