Spicy Beef Mince with Pineapple and Mango jam

Ground beef, lean, 200 gramsCoriander leaf, dried, 1 tspOnions, raw, 75 gramsTomato Paste, 3 tbspLea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce, 1 tspGarlic, 3 cloveCinnamon, ground, 0.5 tsp7 Thai Mixed Spices,0.5 tspCayenne pepper (red), 1 tspSt Dalfour Pineapple and mango jam, 1 tablespoonMixed frozen vegetables, 1 cupSalt, 1 tspWater, 1 cup
1) Use a thick bottom pot to cook this curry in.
2) Fry onions in oil till soft and glazy. Add spices, garlic, tomato paste, jam, worcestershire sauce and bell pepper. Cook for 5 minutes.
2) Add minced beef into pot and cook on a medium heat for 30 - 35 minutes or untill most of the water has evaporated.
Serve with basmati rice and a side salad.
