Ingredients
INGREDIENTS:-300g(10.5oz)lean beef(cut into thin strips)-1tbsp sunflower oil-250g(9oz)medium egg noodles-1 red pepper (deseeded and cut into thin strips-6baby corn (halved)-75g(3oz)mangetout-3 spring onions (sliced on the diagonal)-2 cloves of garlic (chopped)-2t sp grated fresh ginger-4 tbsp fresh prange juiceMARINADE:-6 tbsp hoisin sauce-2tbsp soy sauce-1 tbsp runny clear honey-1 tsp sesame oil
Directions
1-put marinade ingredients in a bowl with the beef for 1 hour.
2-heat sunflower oil in a pan remove, the beef from the pan with a tong and place carefully in the pan.
3-fry the beef on a high heat for 1.5mins until browned. remove the beef with the tongs and set aside.
4-bring saucepan of water to the boil, add the noodles and cook as to packet instructions.
5-add a little more oil to the pan if it looks dry and add the vegetables, stir-fry for 2mins.
6-add the garlic, ginger, beef, and leftover marinade and stir-fry for 1min. pour in the orange juice and cook, stirring for another minute.
7-drain the noodles and put in 4 shaloow bowls, spoon the vegetable and beef stir-fry over the noodles and serve
