Baked Oatmeal Muffins

Ingredients
3 eggs1 Tablespoons vanilla extract1 cup unsweetened applesauce3/4 cup honey 1 banana, sliced1 cup fruit of your choice — frozen or fresh5 cup old fashioned oats1 teaspoon salt3 teaspoon baking powder1 tsp cinnamon1 1/2 cup whole milk
Directions
Mix eggs, vanilla, applesauce and honey in large bowl. Add banana and sliced strawberries. Mix oats, salt, baking soda, and cinnamon in another bowl. Add dry ingredients to wet amd mix. Measure 1/4 cup mix into muffin cups. Bake 30 minutes or until set in the middle.
