Sally's Waffles

Ingredients
1 3/4 c flour1 T baking powder1 3/4 c fat free milk1/4 c oil2 eggs
Directions
Seperate eggs, placing whites in a mixing bowl. Beat until stiff. Mix egg yolks, milk and oil together. Add flour and baking powder to milk mixture. Stir, but leave mixture a bit munpy. Pour into mixing bowl with the egg whites. Mix leaving a few fluffs of egg white. Makes 6 1/2 belgian waffles.
