3 heaping tablespoons protein powder1 T raw honey1 tsp brewer's yeast1 tsp alfalfa powder1 T rice bran powder1 T Nectar D' Or liquid chelate drink2 T soaked night before flax seed OR ground flax seed1/2 C organic oats1 tsp organic cinnamon1 cup blueberries1 cup watermelon1" slice of fresh pineapple including center core1 small apple1 banana medium
Grind flax seeds first or use soaked-overnight flax seeds. Add rest of ingredients to average size blender (around 6 cups). Fruit should be filled to half the blender and add water to 1" of top of blender. May add ice if wish. Fruit should always include WATERMELON FOR LYCOPENE, BLUEBERRIES FOR ANTI-OXIDENTS AND BANANA FOR POTASSIUM, kiwi or apples or raspberries can be used in addition...change these additonal fruits at your disccretion.
