*Jennie-O Extra Lean Ground Turkey, 16 ozOld Folks Italian Sausage, 16 oz Egg, fresh, 2 large Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain, 1 cup Onions, raw, .5 cup, choppedGreen Peppers (bell peppers), .25 cup, chopped*Barbecue Sauce, .5 cup (8 fl oz)
Add all ingredients to large bowl and combine with hand until well blended. Add to oil sprayed meatloaf pan and bake in over for 60 minutes or until reaches 145 degrees. Remove and pour barbecue sauce over the top and bake for an additional 15 minutes until meat reaches 160 degrees. Remove and let set for about 10 minutes.
