Kale, 2 cup, chopped *Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 tbsp Red Star, Nutritional Yeast, Vegetarian Support Formula, 2 TbspSalt, .5 tsp Garlic powder, 1 tsp
Chop and rinse kale. Make sure you get all the water off of the kale. Put it in a large bowl pour 1 tbsp of EVOO over kale and stir. Shake on garlic powder and nutritional yeast and salt. Stir well and make sure kale is covered. Place on a large cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 15 to 20 minutes. Stir frequently and watch closely as it burns quickly.
