Spicy Mexican Tilapia\\ v Ceviche

Ingredients
*2 cups-chopped Cilantro without tail *14 4oz tilapia filet*1 large white onion or 2 cups chopped *4 cup chopped/diced tomatoe*4 cups of fresh lime juice*2 cups of jalapenos/puya peppers chopped VERY TINY
Directions
-Cut everything very tiny specially the onion
-cook the diced tilapia in the lime juice first it takes the longest to cook better if put out in the sun
-toss all the vegetables and cooked tilapia together dont throw away the lime juice and let it set for 5 minutes
-ENJOY!
