Cajun Pasta Primavera with Shrimp

Ingredients
8oz Whole Wheat Spaghetti1 tbsp Olive Oil1 tsp Minced Onion1 tsp Minced Garlic3 tsp Cajun Seasoning35 Large pre-cooked shrimp, cooked4 Medium Mushrooms, chopped1 cup Fresh Spinach, chopped15 Roma tomatoes, choppedFresh Basil1/4 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
Directions
1. Boil the water for pasta and cook according to instructions
2. While the pasta is cooking, add your shrimp, cajun seasoning, onion, and garlic to a large skillet with oil over medium heat.
3. Add tomatoes, spinach, mushrooms, and basil and simmer.
4. Toss pasta with sauce and sprinkle with a little bit of mozzarella.
