Sonja Spaghetti Whole Grain (Diabetic Friendly)

Ingredients
Ground beef, extra lean, 8 oz Stewed Tomatoes, 4 cup (2 15oz cans)Mushrooms, canned, 1 cup (2 4oz cans)Black Olives, 12 jumbo slicedWhole Wheat Spaghetti, cooked (pasta), 3 cup
Directions
1st start water boiling for pasta cook pasta till done

2nd brown ground beef, then add desired spices to meat

3rd add Stewed Tomatoes, 4 cup (2 15oz cans)
Mushrooms, canned, 1 cup (2 4oz cans)
Black Olives, 12 jumbo sliced Heat to boil then simmer Sauce will be slightly running this is one reason why it's diabetic friendly cuz it less constituted

Serving sizes are 3/4 cut pasta to 1 and a half cup of sauce. Makes about 5 servings....
Top with favorite cheese
