All Natural Fruit & Nut Granola Bars

Oats, 4 cup(remove)*Trader Joe's Almonds, dry roasted 50% less salt, 2 cup(remove)*Bob's Red Mill Unsweetened Flaked Coconut, 2 cup(remove)Cereals ready-to-eat, wheat germ, toasted, plain, 1 cup(remove)*Aunt Sue's Raw-Wild Natural Honey, 21 tbsp(remove)*Kirkland Pure Vanilla Extract, 3 tsp(remove)Salt, .5 tsp(remove)Cranberries, dried, sweetened (craisins), 1 cup(remove)Raisins, 1 cup (not packed)(remove)*dried papaya, 1 cup(remove)*(Wilcox Organic) Organic Brown Egg, Large, 2 serving(remove)*Trader Joe's Organic Virgin Coconut Oil, 8 tbsp(remove)
1.) Preheat oven to 350.
2.) Spray sheet pan with pam/or butter.
3.) On seperate sheet pan add oats, coconut, and almonds and toast in the oven for 10-12 minutes until golden and fragrant. You might have to stir a couple times while toasting.
4.) Take out of oven and reduce temp to 300.
5.) Dump toasted mix in large bowl and mix in wheat germ and salt.
6.) Combine all wet ingredients to a small bowl and pour over the dry ingredients while still warm.
7.) Mix in the dried fruit and then dump into sprayed/buttered sheet pan.
8.) Press, press, press all over pan REALLY well (I did with my hands inside a wax bag to rpevent from sticking) in order to keep the bars held together.
9.) Bake at 300 for 20-25 minutes unil browned.
10.) Cool all of the way before slicing with serrated knife, even freezing the sheet pan afterwards helps!
