Mix 1 c. sugar, 1 tsp baking powder 3 cups flour. add in 1/4 tsp salt, the zest and juice of 1 lemon and 1 cup cold butter. Mix until crumbly. Pat half the mixture into a 9x13 greased pan. Mix 4 cups berries, 4 T. cornstarch and 1/2 Cup Sugar. spread over the patted crust and spread the rest of the crumb mixture over the blueberries. Bake 375 degrees for 45 mins.
Bake in greased 9 x 13 pan at 375 degrees for 45 mins.
